is putting his life on eBay.
is eating cold pizza for breakfast like some kind of student.
is overcaffeinated after a colleague won a vat of coffee from Starbucks in a competition.
is off to bed, having at least reached a convenient point to stop.
Trying to do some work before bed to make up for a day mostly lost to illness.
Just restarted my MacBook, only to have it “bong” three times in a row before showing the login screen. Slightly worrying.
isn’t quite so uneasy, but is quite busy.
is feeling uneasy.
Disappointed that the snow didn’t last, but had a nice time at Morag’s hanging out with the other parents and babies.
Snoooow!
taking Aidan to hang out with his baby pals.
is having some brekkie, then a day of eBaying and Freecycling awaits.
has knackered his knee. Ow ow ow!
feels like a bad person but wonders if anyone would like to adopt our other cat, Jeannie? Think it would be kinder than shipping her over.
Visa arrived!
In work early to catch the courier with my passport, who probably won’t show up until 5.30.
is having trouble keeping his eyes open after a restless night.
Patrick McGoohan AND Ricardo Montalban? Nooooo!
is home at last.
MSN and Pidgin are playing nice again! Hooray!
MSN seems to be blocking third-party clients. Bah. “Official” Live Messenger is unbearably arse.
Back in the office for the first time in what seems like ages. Kidneys hurting, inexplicably.
A is asleep on my lap after scoffing a big bowl of baby porridge. Catching up on feeds and listening to Adam and Joe (quietly).
Aidan just scrummed down a whole pot of baby food. Can’t wait to change that nappy!
Had a little sleepy. Which, in retrospect, may have been a really really bad idea.
is home to a freezing cold flat, a mountain of cat hair, and a pile of mail, including many Xmas cards. Feeling guilty - we didn’t send any.
is enjoying a little moment of peace, listening to the wind chimes outside (and Aidan bouncing in his jumparoo.)
is thinking that the new Who looks disappointingly like old one, but will reserve judgement until I see him in the role.
is thinking about blogging.
3am. Can’t sleep. Achey shoulder and a bit of a cough. Ugh.
has been recruited to defend the frontier against Xur and the Ko-dan armada.
2009? Already? Surely some mistake?
Happy New Year, British people. How is space year 2009?

Can’t keep the wee fella out too late tonight, so doing a quick visit then coming back to base and ordering chinese food.
having a quiet day of laundry after recent festivities.
is one year older.
Merry Boxing Day! I trust you all have your traditional mouth-guards and gloves handy. Let battle commence!
Unable to sleep, once again, so sitting in the dark reading feeds and sooking down the Dr Who Xmas special.
Doing last-minute present wrapping with my usual lack of skill. Watching me wrap presents is like watching a man wrestle an origami octopus.
Merry Xmas British peeps. Still 5.5 hours to go here.
had traditional Xmas eve Guiness plus chips and curry sauce in a British pub in McKinney, Tx. Much needed.
would like to go for a pint.
can’t sleep. Sore knee and messy messy brain. Gnnnnnnn…
can’t sleep.
American gum disaster! Mint mojito flavour apparently discontinued. New flavours decidedly sub-par. Sangria is ok, but Fruitini? Blech.
is watching Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure. What a film!
feels fuzzy-headed.
